At Barbara O'Neill, we want you to feel confident and elegant in every piece you purchase. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
