Black Walnut (Juglans Nigra) is a tree found in North America and it’s harvested in the fall. The green hull surrounding the nut is high in tannins and iodine. Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) is a perennial shrub-like plant of the aster family. Active constituents found in wormwood include thujone, silica, tannins, flavonoids, and inulin.
