Misty Mountain Gut Repair Powder (200g / 7oz)

Directions from Barbara..

To make this Gut Repair drink,
Put 1 teaspoon of this mix into 1/2 a cup of hot water.
Drink immediately as the mixture will thicken fast

Usage:

Drink 10-15 minutes before meals and bed - as often as needed
